High-Sided Body on Four Air-Suspended Axles
The steel body is 9,640 mm long, 2,300 mm wide and 1,900 mm deep inside. A 214 x 7,300 hydraulic cylinder at the front raises it and the load runs out through the hinged rear gate. Four 16 t axles, 1,310 mm apart, sit on air springs that even out axle loads as the trailer goes from empty to full and cut road shock to the chassis. The 100 ton class is the upper end of this configuration; the payload you can run is rated per order from cargo density, tractor, axle and tyre ratings and the weight limits on your route.

High-Sided Body and Rear Discharge
The body, cylinder and rear gate handle loading and unloading.
Hinged rear gate
The body tips back and the load runs out through the hinged rear gate.
Front hydraulic cylinder
A 214 x 7,300 cylinder mounted at the front lifts the body for rear tipping.

Density sets the body volume, loading impact sets floor and sidewall protection, and the route sets overall size and axle loading.
