Tandem-axle tipper
Semirremolque basculante trasero de 2 ejes con cubierta de lona eléctrica
This tandem-axle rear dump semi trailer hauls sand, gravel, coal and other loose bulk. A front-mounted HYVA cylinder tips the high-sided body so the load runs out through the rear gate, and an electric tarpaulin covers it on the road.

High-Sided Body, HYVA Front Cylinder and Electric Cover
The rectangular body is 6,600 mm long, 2,300 mm wide and 1,400 mm deep inside, with lower sides that slope toward the floor. A HYVA 191 x 5600 cylinder at the front lifts the body and the load flows out through the rear gate. An electrically operated tarpaulin closes over the top for transport. In load tests at our factory the trailer carried about 30-40 tonnes; the payload you can run depends on cargo density and the weight limits on your route. The two 13 t axle ratings are component ratings, not the trailer payload.

Tipping system
Front Cylinder, Rear Gate and Electric Cover
Three parts handle loading, transport and unloading.
Portón trasero
The gate holds the load on the road and opens for discharge. Wet or sticky material flows out more slowly.
Electric tarpaulin
The tarp extends and retracts electrically, limiting wind loss on the road and opening for loading from above.

The same body volume holds very different weights of sand, gravel and coal. Tell us your material and we size the body.
Why can't you work out payload from body volume?
Cubic Metres Are Not Tonnes
The 6,600 x 2,300 x 1,400 mm body holds about 21 cubic metres level-full, but that volume weighs very differently by material: dry sand is far heavier per cubic metre than coal. A bigger box does not raise the permitted load, which is set by axle and tyre ratings, the tractor and your road limits. Send the material and its bulk density, and we size the body so a full load stays within your legal weight.

01How much can a 2 axle dump trailer carry?
In factory load tests this trailer carried about 30-40 tonnes. The payload you can legally run depends on cargo density, tyre and axle ratings, the tractor and the weight limits in your country.
02What is the body size?
Inside, the body is 6,600 mm long, 2,300 mm wide and 1,400 mm deep. Overall the trailer is 7,800 x 2,500 x 3,750 mm.
03What materials can it haul?
Sand, gravel, crushed aggregate, coal and other loose bulk materials. Material density decides how full the body can be.
04How does it unload?
A front-mounted HYVA hydraulic cylinder lifts the body and the load discharges through the rear gate. Tip only on firm, level ground with enough overhead clearance.
05Does it come with a cover?
Yes. An electrically operated tarpaulin covers the load in transport and retracts for loading from above.
